| Notes THE LAMAR COUNTY ECHO, 31 Aug 1989. 'Gladys E. Burleaud, 92, Rt. 2, Sumner, died at St. Joseph's Hospital at 4:49 a.m. Monday, 21 Aug 1989. Services were held at 2 p.m. Thursday, 24 Aug, at Greenwood Cemetery in San Diego, Calif. Fry and Gibbs Funeral Home had charge of local arrangements. Mrs. Burleaud was born 15 Aug 1897, in Fullarton, Ontario, Canada, a daughter of Charles Everett and Phillena Phelps Everett. She married Lucian C. Burleaud in 1929. He died in May 1962. She had live in the Paris area for seven years. Surviving are two daughters, Andree Nelson of Sumner and Barbara Jones of San Diego, Calif.; one son, Lucian Burleaud of Sumner; eight grandchildren, and three great grandchildren.' |
