THE PARIS NEWS, Fri., Apr. 3, 1998, p. 4B: 'Elnora Armstrong Turner, 76, Rt. I, Lake Creek, died Monday, March 30, 1998, at St. Joseph's Hospital and Health Center. Services will be at 2 p.m. Saturday, April 4, at New Zion Baptist Church, Cooper, with the Rev. Richard Preston officiating. Maxey Funeral Home will make burial in New Home Cemetery. Visitation will be from 7-8 p.m. Friday at the funeral home. The body will lie at the church from 1-2 p.m. Saturday. Surviving are her husband, Roy Turner; a son, Richard Armstrong Brooks of Houston; two daughters, Mary Fisher of Reno and Lana J. Morris of Mesquite; a brother, Peter Reynolds of Gladewater; three sisters, Effie McGregor of Dayton, Ohio, Enola Lyons of Los Angeles and Polly Whaley of Abilene; and 15 grandchildren.'
