| Notes From an unnamed and undated article located in the Lamar County Genealogical Society Library, in the Taylor Collection, Box T: 'Deport - Lillis [sic] B. Teague, 69, of Deport Nursing Home died Tuesday, Feb. 28, at McCuistion Medical Center. Graveside services were held at 3 p.m. Wednesday, March 1, at the Midway Cemetery near Talco by Grant Funeral Home. The Rev. Marylyn Braughton officiated. Mrs. Teague was born June 10, 1919, a daughter of Charlie and Fannie Taylor Braughton. Her husband, Leroy, died in 1980. Surviving are two sisters, Eva Baker of Cunningham and Etta Tulley of Bigsby, OK; and two grandchildren.' |
