THE LAMAR COUNTY ECHO, 9 Mar 1989. 'Hazel Aline Turner, 75, 1233-15th SE, died Thursday, 2 Mar 1989, at St. Joseph's Hospital. Services were held Saturday, 4 Mar, in Bright-Holland Funeral Home chapel with burial in Evergreen Cemetery. Dr. Wilbur Simmons officiated. Mrs. Turner was born 28 Jul 1913, in Paris, a daughter of Austin Rice Foreman and Faye Grant Foreman. She married James H. [Henry] Turner on 19 Sep 1939, in Paris. She was a member of the Ramseur Baptist Church. Surviving are her husband; two sisters, Mrs. Elmer (Gladys) Dement of Paris and Mary L. Shelton of Paris; one aunt, Goldie Smith of Weatherford; and a sister-in-law, Lorene Foreman of Paris.'
