LAMAR COUNTY ECHO Thu., Nov. 6, 1980. 'Thornton Trussell, 78, of Red River Haven Nursing Home in Bogata, died Oct. 29 at Red River General Hospital. Funeral services were held Friday, Oct. 31 in Grant Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. R.E. Turk officiating. Interment was Woodard Cemetery. Mr. Trussell was born in Lamar County on April 17, 1902 son of William W. Trussell and Della LeMaster Trussell. He is survived by nieces and nephews.'
