THE PARIS NEWS, Monday, February 1941, p. 8: “Mrs. Prudenciano Trenado. Death of Mrs. Ophelia Trenado, 25, wife of Prudenciano (Pete) Trenado, 372 South 25th, occurred Sunday at 9 a.m. at the tuberculosis cottage on Lamar Hospital grounds where she had been ill some time. Her husband is section foreman on the Texas and Pacific Railroad. Service were conducted Monday morning at Our Lady of Victory Church by the pastor, the Rev. F. J. Schiessl, and burial was made by Manton-Fry Funeral Home at Evergreen Cemetery.”
