Lamar County Death Records Bk.#1, p.284, #110, white male, 45 yr., 19 da., died in Roxton, of suicide, reported by Dr. McAmis, Roxton.

Information from Susan Rainwater, scr@chronography.com, 11 Sep 2011:  John Arthur Umberson is buried in Restland.  The Woodman of the World tombstone (a quite tall column) has fallen face down, so all that remains is a footstone with the initials J.A.U.  His death certificate says he is buried in Roxton.
