| Notes THE PARIS NEWS Aug. 20, 1990: "COOPER- Inez Eula Toppings, 79, of Garland died Sunday, Aug. 19, at Garland Memorial Hospital. Graveside services will be held at 10 a.m. Tuesday Aug. 21, at Restland Cemetery in Roxton. Delta Funeral Home has charge of the arrangements. Mrs. Toppings was born Jan. 19, 1911, in Jacksboro, a daughter of Gabe and Eliza Jane Wright Smith. She married Fred Irvin Toppings on Nov. 23, 1929. She was a former Roxton resident and had lived in Garland since 1956. Surviving are her husband; two sons, Harold Toppings and Freddie Joe Toppings, both of Garland, a daughter, Betty Lane of Garland; a brother, Lelon Smith of Hillsboro; two sisters, Cleo Brannon and Effie Carter,both of Enloe and two grandchildren.' On the same stone with Fred Irvin Toppings. |
