THE PARIS NEWS, Sunday, 25 Aug 1991, p. 4A: "Pattye Estelle Joyner Tremain, 87, of Cherry Street Manor, died Friday, Aug. 23. Graveside services are scheduled for 2:30 p.m. Monday, Aug. 26 at Grove Hill Memorial Park in Dallas under the direction of Gene Roden’s Sons Funeral Home. Mrs. Tremain was born Aug 5, 1904 in the Jennings Community to Raymond E. and Willie McCuistion Joyner. She married Harry Douglas Tremain in August of 1949. He preceded her in death. She attended Southern Methodist University and served as secretary to the president of Southwestern Drug Co. of Dallas for 35 years. Mrs. Tremain's survivors include cousins Mike and Carrie Ellen Taylor, John and Amy Fisher, J. M. and Mary Fisher, Everett and Harriet Mae Henson, all of Paris."
