| Notes THE PARIS NEWS, Tue., Sep. 19, 1995, p.5A. 'Hugo, OK - F.E. 'George' Tillman, 86, of Fort Towson, died Monday, Sep. 18, 1995, in Paris. Services will be held at 10 a.m. Wednesday, Sep. 20, at the First Baptist Church in Fort Towson with the Rev. Charles Ray officiating. Lampton-Mills and Coffey Funeral Home will make burial in Fort Towson Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 7-8 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home. Mr. Tillman was born Jan. 9, 1909, in Fort Towson, a son of Robert M. and Minnie A. Hendrix Tillman. He married Connie Bernice Bryant July 18, 1932. She died Aug. 20, 1995. Surviving are one son, Kenneth Tillman of Irving, TX; one daughter, Sue Crane of Hugo; one brother, Thomas Tillman of Bakersfield, CA; two sisters, Peggy LaNeave of Victoria, TX and Mary Dowler of Sulphur, OK; four grandchildren; and one great-grandchild.' |
