THE PARIS NEWS, Wed., Oct. 18, 1995, p. 6A: 'Stuart William Thompson, 30, of Paris died at 2:10 p.m. Tuesday, Oct. 17, 1995, in St. Joseph's Hospital & Health Center. Graveside services will be held at 2 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 19, at Evergreen Cemetery with the Rev. Ken Cannon officiating. Fry & Gibbs Funeral Home has charge of arrangements. The family will receive friends from 7:30-8:30 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home. Mr. Thompson was born Aug. 14, 1965, in Paris, a son of Judge Jim N. and Elizabeth Holden Thompson. He attended Paris schools and worked in the construction business. Surviving are his parents; one brother, Noble Scott Thompson; one sister and brother-in-law, Clair and Russell Laric; and two nephews, Ivan and Alex Laric of Richardson. He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Harry Holden and Mr. and Mrs. Noble Cross Thompson. Pallbearers will be Tab Hughes, Dr. James Brunette, Freddie Swaim, Henry Suarez, Tom Ordelheide, Tim Winters, Chris Shurtleff and Lynn Rhodes.'
