The series of both Lamar County boards, totaling 5,791 names, are to be found from pages 6 to 9. The numbers are listed serially and it will be necessary to check the list until the registrant’s name can be found. With the vast number of men registering, it was impossible to arrange the names in alphabetical order after they had been serially arranged by the draft boards.
