THE PARIS NEWS, Sunday, July 16, 1995, p. 8A: "Eustace Sain Taylor, 89, of Paris, died Friday, July 14, 1995, at the Cherry Street Annex. Funeral services are scheduled for 2:30 p.m. Sunday, July 16, at Bright-Holland Funeral Home Chapel, with the Rev. O. D. Robertson and the Rev. Othoe Stegall officiating. Burial will follow in the Highland Cemetery. Mrs. Taylor was born Aug. 24, 1905, in Milton, Texas, a daughter of Charlie Ayres and Kate Sain. She married Dave Taylor Sept. 24, 1924, in Milton. He preceded her in death April 29, 1965. She was a member of the Church of God. Survivors include two sons, the Rev. Terrell Taylor of Mineral Wells and Carroll Gene Taylor of Paris; two daughters, Katherine Alvord of Paris and Davene Dority Wright of Paris; 10 grandchildren, 20 great-grandchildren and three great-great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by a son, Larry Gayle Taylor in March of 1947. Pallbearers will be David Alvord, Larry Dority, Randy Dority, Ricky Dority, Mark Taylor and Jerrel Tomlin." As cited in her mother's entry, her parents were John Wesley Sain and Sarah Ann Eliza Mowrey Sain. Kate Sain was her older sister; not sure where Charles Ayers comes in, although she did have an older brother, Charles Lee Sain. Double marker with Dave G. Taylor. Near Lary Gayle Taylor.
