Dec 27, 2011; Pedro F. Barrios, Sr., 89 of Paris passed away SDaturday, Dec 24, 2011 in Paris Healthcare Center. Graveside services are set for 2 p.m. Thursday in Evergreen Cemetery with Father White officiating. The family is to receive friends from 7-8 p.m. Wednesday at Fry & Gibbs Funeral Home. He was born July 8, 1922 in Red River County, the son of Feliciano and Serapia Guerra Barrios. He was employed with Campbell soup Company for 28 years and was a member of Our Lady of Victory Catholic Church. On April 14, 1956, in Clarksville, he married Candelaria (Cande) Castaneda. He was preceded in death by his wife on June 6, 1994. Survivors include his children, Pedro Barrios, Jr. and wife, Gayle of Paris, Mary Barrios Blackshear and husband, Bruce of Tigertown, and Amanda Barrios Harrison of Forney; grandchildren, Erick Barrios of Paris, Jason and wife, Lindsey Blackshear of Arthur City, Bradley Barrios of Roxton. Slylar Primer pf Denton. Kaden Helm of Forney. Payton Barrios of Paris and Brittany Ackley of St. Marten; great-grandchildren, Christeon Barrios of Paris, Haleigh Blackshear of Arthur City, Laramie Blackshear of Arthur City and Case Barrios of Roxton; and niece, Anita Castillo and husband Daniel of Seagoville. Grandsons are to serve as pallbearers.
