THE PARIS NEWS, Thursday, October 11, 1951, p. 13: "Burial of the infant son of Mr. and Mrs. J. C. Isom, Jr., of Reno, was made Tuesday afteroon in Evergreen Cemetery, by Fry and Gibbs Funeral Home. Wilburn Whittington, Church of Christ minister, officiated. The child died soon after birth at St. Joseph's Hospital. Surviving besides the parents are a brother and a sister, Billy and Frances Kay Isom, and the grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. J. C. Isom, Reno, and Mrs. Jess H. Bramlett, living south of Paris."
