THE PARIS NEWS, Sun., Mar. 6, 1994, p.18A. 'Syrena E. Ingram, 87, of Paris, formerly of the Jennings and Biardstown communities, died Friday, Mar. 4, 1994, in McCuistion Regional Medical Center. Services will be held at 2 p.m. Monday in Fry & Gibbs Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Ross Richardson officiating. Burial will be in Evergreen Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 4-5 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home. Mrs. Ingram was born Dec. 30, 1906 in the Jennings community, a daughter of Leonard LeeRoy Owen and Mary Ada Anglin Owen. She attended schools in Progress and Jennings communities. She married Sam D. Ingram in Clarksville on Feb. 26, 1924. He preceded her in death on Oct. 5, 1973. She was a member of the First Christian Church and of its Loyal Builders Sunday school class. She had been a former officer of the Antioch Cemetery Association. She is survived by a daughter, Dorothy Griffith of Longview; a son, David Ingram of Paris; four grandchildren, Betsy Wilkerson of Cleburne, Jerry Lee Griffith, David K. Ingram and Terry Ingram, all of Paris, Adam Ingram and Heather Ingram, both of Longview, and Cassidy Wilkerson of Cleburne; and two great-grandchildren, Tyler Griffith and Harley Griffith, both of Paris. She was preceded in death by a daughter, Ruth Ellen Ingram and a son, Richard Edward Ingram. Serving as pallbearers will be Terry Ingram, David Ingram, Jerry Lee Griffith, Chris Griffith, Michael Joe Wilkerson and Charles Cass.'
