THE PARIS NEWS, May 30, 2008: “Services are scheduled for 10 am, Saturday, May 31, at Bright-Holland Funeral Home with the Rev. Fred Fangio officiating. Interment follows in Evergreen Cemetery. The family receives friends from 6 to 7 p.m., Friday at the funeral home. She was born Feb. 3, 1919, in Caney, Okla., to William Arthur Johnson and Winnie Ledbetter Johnson. She married Paul ‘Bill’ Ingram in 1971 and he preceded her in death, July 16, 1985. She loved making all kinds of crafts as well as baking cakes and she loved growing flowers. In her latter years she was a sitter for homebound people. She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband; one son, C. T. Holland, on May 2, 2008; and four brothers, Odell, Aubury, William and Wayne Johnson. Survivors include one daughter, Threcia Blalock, and husband, Howard, of New Waverly; two grandsons, Michael W. Davis, and wife, Helen, of Corpus Christi and Shane Holland of Quitman; one granddaughter, Michele Hoot, and husband, Mike, of Huntsville; one great-grandson, Christopher Halpin of Huntsville; one sister, Lois Hymel of Spring, along with numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
