THE PARIS NEWS, Wed., Apr. 24, 1996, p.12A. 'Deport - Mary Bell Igo, 72, of Deport died Monday, April 22, 1996, in St. Joseph's Hospital & Health Center. Services will be held at 10 a.m. Thursday, April 26, in the First Baptist Church of Deport with the Rev. Brad Crosswhite and the Rev. Freddie Burden officiating. Wood Funeral Home will make burial in Highland Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 7-8 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home. Mrs. Igo was born July 18, 1923, in the Milton community, a daughter of Talma B. and Jennye Fay Thompson Woodard. She married Millard Moore Igo Nov. 24, 1943. He preceded her in death on Jan. 13, 1988. She was a housewife and member of First Baptist Church in Deport. Surviving are two sons, Lemuel Paul Igo of Sumner and Teddy M. Igo of Sherman; two daughters, Darla Barnett of Deport and Millie L. Landers of Riyadh, Saudi Arabia; her mother, Jennye Fay Woodard of Deport; six grandchildren, Justin Barnett, Tera Barnett, Mara Landers, Christian Landers, Galen Igo and Nathan Igo; and two brothers, Dewey Woodard of Paris and Paul Woodard of Fort Worth. Pallbearers will be Gordon Isbell, Duane Glover, Charles Davidson Jr., Galen Igo, Justin Barnett and Christian Landers.'
