From the record journal of Meadowbrook Cemetery; daughter of Bob & Neice Johnson McIntyre. Married Stephen Bybee. Born in Biardstown community of Lamar County, died in Paris, TX.
THE PARIS NEWS, Friday, October 11, 1974. 'Mrs. Stephen Bybee of Reno was dead on arrival at 11 p.m. Thursday at McCuistion Medical Center where she was taken after becoming ill at home. Funeral services are scheduled for 2 p.m. Saturday in Fry & Gibbs Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. James Simpson, pastor of Calvary United Methodist Church officiating. Interment will be in Meadowbrook Cemetery. The former Miss Irene McIntyre, Mrs. Bybee was born Aug. 21, 1910, at Biardstown, a daughter of Bob and Neice (Johnson) McIntyre. She attended schools in Reno and she and Mr. Bybee were married on April 30, 1930. They lived in Reno all their married life. She was a member of Calvary United Methodist Church. Survivors include her husband; two sisters, Mrs. Virgil Rivers of Paris and Mrs. Katherine Williams of New Boston; a brother, Floyd McIntyre of Dallas, and several nieces and nephews.'
