THE PARIS NEWS, 14 Dec 1970. 'Friends will be received Sunday between 7:30 and 9 p.m. at Leverett and Steele Funeral Home here, where service for Mrs. Troy Bussell of Irving formerly of Paris, will be held Monday at 2:30 p.m. Interment will be made in Evergreen Cemetery here. Mrs. Bussell, ill some time, died Friday in an Irving hospital. The former Carrie T. Daugherty, daughter of Alex and Emma Lee (Webb) Daugherty, she was born at Lebanon, Tenn., 10 Jul 1901. She leaves her husband, former constable at Deport, to whom she was married 25 Sep 1920; also six children: Horace Bussell, Fairfax, Va.; Glyn Bussell, Yoakum; Mrs. Helen Clayton, Galveston; Mrs. Jim Hawkes, Charlotte, NC; Mrs. Richard Foster and Mrs. Redus Pomroy, both of Irving besides grandchildren, and 13 half brothers and half sisters.' On the same stone with Troy C. Bussell.
