THE PARIS NEWS, Fri., Jan. 5, 1996, p.10A. 'Buna Vandygriff Bush, 85, of Roxton died at 7 p.m. Thursday, Jan. 4, 1996, in St. Joseph's Hospital & Health Center. Services will be held at 3 p.m. Saturday, Jan. 6, at the First Baptist church in Roxton with the Rev. Jerry Moore, the Rev. John Edwards and the Rev. Bill Coffey officiating. Fry & Gibbs Funeral Home will make burial in Restland Cemetery at Roxton. The body will lie at the church one hour prior to the service. The family will receive friends from 7-8 p.m. Friday at the funeral home. Mrs. Bush was born Aug. 10, 1910, in Lamar County, a daughter of James L. 'Fate' and Emma Ellis Vandygriff. She attended public schools in Roxton and was a member of the First Baptist Church there. She married Wesley [W.] Bush Oct. 19, 1929, in Hollis, OK. He preceded her in death in Sep. 1984. Surviving are two sons, Max W. Bush of Paris and Kenneth W. Bush of Roxton; seven grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by two brothers, Guy Vandygriff in 1950 and Milburn Vandygriff in 1961. Serving as pallbearers will be Jack Bush, Chad Bush, Michael Bush, Buddy Kilpatrick, Mark Morris, Gary McKnight and Guy McKnight.'
