THE PARIS NEWS, Mon., Feb. 27, 1995, p.10A. 'Ruby Faye Burns, 66, Rt. 4, Paris, died Sunday, Feb. 26, 1995, in St. Joseph's Hospital & Health Center. Services will be held at 1 p.m. Wednesday, March 1, in Fry & Gibbs Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Jackie Stanfield officiating. Burial will be in McDonald Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 5-8 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home. Mrs. Burns was born June 17, 1928, in Van Zandt, a daughter of Guy Robert and Annie Brown Wilson. She was a member of New Life Baptist Church in Cooper and was a retired employee of Sterling Jewelry Store. She married Clyde R. Burns Sr. on April 14, 1945, in Dallas. Surviving are her husband; four sons, C. Ralph Burns Jr. of Louisville, KY, Charles R. Burns of Mesquite, Harvey Burns of Arlington and Sherman K. Burns of Garland; a daughter, Nelda Easterling of Mount Pleasant; two brothers, James Wilson of Flower Mound and Jesse Wilson of Mesquite; a sister, Christine McDonald of Houston; 10 grandchildren; and one great-grandchild.'
