THE PARIS NEWS-Nov.24,1972: Mrs. William L. Burchinal, whose home was at Rt. 2, Paris, died at 1:40 Friday in Leisure! Lodge Nursing Home. She was a retired beautician. Funeral services will be at 4 p.m. Saturday in Leverett and Steele Memorial Chapel with the James Elsom officiating. Interment will be in Knights of Honor Cemetery at Blossom.
The family will receive friends from tonight at the funeral home. The former Edna Earle Adams, Mrs. Burchinal was born in Fulbright on Sept. 19, daughter of Kit Carson Adams and the former Miss Betty Bagley. She married William L.
Burchinal on July 23, 193S, in Deport. A Lamar County resident most of her life, she was a member of the Ramseur Baptist Church and of the Eastern Star. Survivors include her husband; a son, James Eugene Burchinal of Paris; a daughter, Mrs. Betty Jane Henry of Paris; a half-brother, Earby Jackson of Anton; five sisters, Mrs. Travis King and Mrs. Weldon Campbell, both of Fulbright; Mrs. W.
H. Hammer of Clarksville, Mrs. Jack Green and Mrs. Richard Terry, both of Baldwin Park, Calif, and seven grandchildren.
Buried near Betty Jane Bowers.
