| Notes From the record journal of Meadowbrook Cemetery: Son of J.A. and May Frances Hamilton Brunette. Married Katie Richardson. Born in Bogata, TX., died in Paris, TX. THE PARIS NEWS, 26 Jul 1963: 'David Brunette, 65, who lived here at 127 24th NW, died Friday at 9:45 a.m. in St. Joseph's Hospital where he had been a patient three or four days. A retired farmer, he had been operating an automatic washateria in Cooper. The funeral, Saturday at 4 p.m. will be conducted in Fry and Gibbs chapel by the Rev. Melville Nesbit of Central Presbyterian Church. Interment will be made in Meadowbrook Gardens. Son of J. A. and Mary Frances (Hamilton) Brunette, David Brunette was born at Bogata, 5 May 1898. He and Miss Katie Richardson were married in Paris, 22 Oct 1922, but lived in Bogata until moving here in 1938. Besides his wife, Mr. Brunette leaves one son, Dr. James M. Brunette, Paris dentist; three grandchildren, and a sister, Mrs. Henry Lowery, Bogata.' |
