| Notes Sept 7, 1967; Mrs. W.B. Brown, 85 of 1558 Hornwood Road, Houston, formerly of Paris, died in Houston, Thursday, Aug. 31. Graveside services were held in Evergreen Cemetery in Paris on Friday, Sept. 1, with the Rev. Kerby Edwards officiating. Mrs. Brown was the daughter of Green C. Wallace and the Former Viola Cole. Essie was born in Paris, March 31, 1882, leaving her about 1915. She was a member of the Congregational Church. She was married in 1905 to Mr. Brown, his death occuring Dec 15, 1935. The only immediate survivor is her son, W.L. Brown, Houston. Tombstone is inscribed, ‘Essie W. Brown.’ Married William B. Brown. |
