March 2, 1964; Mrs. Sarah Alice Brannan, 77 of Blossom died of illness Sunday at 11:45 a.m. in St. Joseph's Hospital here. Born in Missouri Nov. 22, 1886, Mrs. Brannan was a daughter of John Myres and the former Celia Dismang. She was a Church of Christ member. Surviving are these children; R.J. Brannan, Paris Rt. 6, Mrs. Homer White, Blossom and Mrs. Marvin Bruce, San antonio; 16 grandchildren and a sister, Mrs. Emma Arnold, Blossom. Gene Roden & Sond of Paris have charge of arrangements for services Tuesday at 2 p.m. in the Church of Christ at Blossom where burial will be made in Knights of Honor Cemetery. Mason P. Denton officiating. Buried next to Minnie P. Houston White.
