| Notes THE PARIS NEWS, Sun., May 18, 1997, p.6A: 'Virginia L. Boyd, 100, of Paris died Thursday, May 15, 1997, at Cherry Street Annex. Graveside services were at 2 p.m. Saturday, May 17, 1997, at Restland Cemetery in Dallas Dr. James Semple officiating. Mrs. Boyd was born Oct. 13, 1896, in McKinney to William F. and Frances Gressum Roemmele. She married Ernest Boyd who preceded her in death in 1977. She was a homemaker. Survivors include two daughters, Ruth Riggs of Paris and Edith Wascom of Dallas; four grandchildren; and several great-grandchildren.'
