| Notes Married C. Homer Boyd. THE PARIS NEWS, Fri, Apr. 22, 1994, p.6A. 'Maude Clark Boyd, 91, formerly of Roxton, died Thursday, April 21, 1994, in Cherry Street Annex. Fry & Gibbs Funeral Home will conduct graveside services at 2 p.m. Friday, April 22, in Restland Cemetery in Roxton with Dr. Pat Otwell officiating. Mrs. Boyd was born April 23, 1902, in Fort Worth, a daughter of Will and Maude Maxwell Clark. She attended school at Roxton and Kidd Key College in Sherman. She married [C.] Homer Boyd Oct 21, 1923. He died June 19, 1987. She was a member of the Roxton United Methodist Church. Surviving are a great-nephew, Dr. Richard Wallace Boyd, Jr. of Houston, and a cousin, Mag Hinshaw of Roxton.' |
