THE PARIS NEWS, Monday, 13 Nov 1933, page 7: "CLOVIS BOX FUNERAL IS HELD AT BLOSSOM - BLOSSOM. — Funeral services were conducted here Friday for Clovis Box, 27 years old, who died Thursday night after an eight months illness. Rev. T. W. Cummins, Nazarene pastor, officiated. Born and reared in Blossom, Mr. Box was married to Miss Clara Mae Tucker. She and their two small children survive him, besides these brothers and sisters, Ben Lloyd and Arthur Box, Miss Hannah Box and Mrs. Frank Foote. Pallbearers were E. J. Burns, Wayne Cummins, J. G. Kackley, Veo Bowman, George Ratliff and Edgar Allen Scudder."
