| Notes THE PARIS NEWS, 26 Mar 1951, Monday, p. 3: "Funeral for Mrs. J. J. Bolton Is Held Sunday-- Funeral service for Mrs. J. J. Bolton, who died at home at Biardstown, late Saturday, was held Sunday afternoon. The Rev. Walter G. Horn of Central Presbyterian Church, Paris, officiated at Rockford Church, and Delta Funeral Home of Cooper made burial in Rockford Cemetery. Surviving are Mr. Bolton and these children: Mrs. Veltar Melton, Houston; Joel R. Bolton, Abernathy; Albert Bolton, Dennis Bolton and Jeff Bolton, Biardstown, and George Melton and Dewey Melton, Paris; 19 grandchildren, six great-grandchildren, and a sister, Mrs. R. D.
