THE PARIS NEWS-Oct,11,1991: Anzadia Bowens, 90, of Cooper died Tuesday,m Oct. 8, at St. Joseph's Hospital. Services will be held at 2:30 p.m. Sunday, Oct.
13, at New Zion Baptist Church in Cooper. Burial will be in Oaklawn Cemetery by Maxey Funeral Home. Mra. Bowens was born Jan. 5, 1909, in Gilmer, a daughter of Jesse and Addie Allen Davis.
She attended Gilmer schools and was a member of the New Zion Baptist Church. She had lived in Cooper for more than 70 years and had been employed by the Adair family, Surviving are a grandson, Willie Joe Mays of the U.S. Army; a granddaughter, Rita E. Harris of Wichita Falls; a sister, Essie Davis of Wichita Falls, and a brother, A.D. Davis of Wichita Falls,
