THE PARIS NEWS, Sun., May 14, 1995, p.10A. 'Mrs. Josie Edna Blankenship of Cooper died Thursday, May 11, 1995, at St. Joseph's Hospital & Health Center in Paris. Funeral services were at 10 a.m. Saturday, May 13, at Delta Funeral Home Chapel with Van George officiating. and burial in Old Klondike Cemetery. Mrs. Blankenship was born in Delta County Jan. 13, 1900. She was the daughter of Tom and Mary Williams. She worked as a home health care provider several years. Her husband, Will Blankenship, preceded her in death Dec. 30, 1960. Survivors include two sons, Travis Blankenship of Amarillo and R.D. Blankenship of Bonham; a daughter, Wilma Crouch of Dallas; 10 grandchildren and several great-grandchildren.'
