THE PARIS NEWS-Jan.27,1991: Linnie Gertrude Bishop, 2185 E. Cherry, died at 7:35 p.m. Thursday, Jan. 24, in McCuistion Regional Medical Center. Services will be held at 10:30 a.m.
Monday, Jan. 28, in Winslow Baptist Church in Winslow, Ark., with the Rev. Fred Blake and the Rev. David Bishop officiating.- Burial will be in Oak Grove Cemetery by Moore Funeral Home of Fayetteville, Ark. Fry and Gibbs Funeral Home is in charge of local arrangements.
Mrs. Bishop was born March 21, 1905, in Eastland County, Texas, a daughter of James W. and Malisa Brashears Fenn. She married Otto Bishop on March 17,1927, in Hobart, Okla. He died Feb.
22, 1987. She attended Oklahoma schools and was a member of the Winslow Baptist Church. Surviving are two daughters, Mrs. Charles R. (Joan) Grimes of Paris and Janice Burrows of Rogers, Ark.; three sons, Otto Bishop Jr.
of Paris, James Bishop of Fort Worth and Jack Bishop of West Fork, Ark.; 15 grandchildren and 27 great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by two sons.
Daughter of J.W. & M. Brashears Fenn. Married Otto Bishop. Buried in the state of Arkansas.
