| Notes THE LAMAR COUNTY ECHO, 14 Jul 1988. 'Pattie Birchfield, 77, of Sawyer, Okla., died Wednesday, 6 Jul 1988, at McCuistion Medical Center. Services were held Friday, 8 Jul, in Lampton-Mills and Coffey Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Mutt Wallace officiating. Burial was in Fort Towson Cemetery. Mrs. Birchfield was born 15 Aug 1910, in Fallon, Okla., a daughter of Elisha T. and Stella Steele Gregory. Surviving are a son, James Birchfield of Paris; four daughters, Mary Smith of Arkansas City, Kan., Bobbie Birchfield of Sawyer, Stella Babb and Pattie Herd, both of Tulsa, Okla.; 13 grandchildren; and 20 great grandchildren.' |
