THE PARIS NEWS Thu., Aug. 26, 1993, p.14A. 'Ethylleene Martin Bills, 82, 1850 E. Washington St., died at 10:40 a.m. Wednesday, Aug. 25, at her home. Fry & Gibbs Funeral Home will conduct graveside services at 2 p.m. Friday, Aug. 27, at Evergreen Cemetery with the Rev. Cline Davis officiating. They will be at the Bills residence. Mrs. Bills was born Feb. 23, 1911, in Minter, a daughter of Albert and Annie Ball Martin. She attended Paris schools and received her B.A. from Trinity University in Waxahachie and an M.S. from East Texas State University. She married Mack Bills Feb. 19, 1932, in Deport. He died Feb. 14, 1966. She was a retired school teacher, having taught at First Ward in Paris for 27 years. She was named Paris Independent School District's Outstanding Teacher in 1966. She was a member of Central Presbyterian Church, Delta Kappa Gamma, and the Retired Teachers Association. Surviving are a son, Robert Scott Bills of Minter; three grandchildren, Melissa Bills Hutto of Tyler, Scott Martin Bills of San Antonio and Steven Mack Bills of Waco; three great-grandchildren, Matthew and Katie Hutto, both of Tyler, and Brian Bills of Waco; and a niece, Ruth Loven of Paris.' This is also entered under surname Martin.
