| Notes THE PARIS NEWS, Fri., Jun. 28, 1996, p.12A. 'Emma Bills, 86, Rt. 1, Arthur City, died at St. Joseph's Hospital and Health Center. Services will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday, June 29, at Orange Chapel Baptist Church with the Rev. George Rape officiating. Maxey Funeral Home will make burial in Restlawn Garden Cemetery. Mrs. Bills was born Sep. 22, 1909 in Lamar County, a daughter of Essex and Benny Bailey Winbush. Surviving are a stepson, Lige Ellis of Seattle, WA; a stepdaughter, Florence Morris of Roxton; and a sister, Ethel Goff of Redlands, CA.' |
