THE PARIS NEWS-Jun. 28,1984: Rirffin S. Biard. 2449 Simpson, died at bis home Wednesday. June 27. Services will be held at Evergreen Cemetery at 11 a.m. Friday, June 29. with the Rev. Carl Vogle aid the Rev. Michael Barone officiating. Fry and Gibbs Funeral Home has charge of arrangements. The family will be at the Biard home. Mr. Biard was born Dec. 9.1909. in Blossom, a son of Lee P. Biard and Torn Sansing Biard. He moved to Dallas as a child and attended Dallas, Amarillo and Plainview schools. He was graduated from New Mexico Military Institute. On Dec. 26. 1932, he married Eloise Scudder. They lived in Blossom until World War II, when they moved to Dallas. He was a veteran of World War II and was a retired accountant for the City of Dallas. They returned to Paris in 1979 to make their home. He was a member of Our Lady of Vic tory Catholic Church. Surviving are his wife and several cousins including Mrs. Gilbert Duncan of Blossom.
