| Notes THE PARIS NEWS, 2 Feb 1970. 'Mrs. Rufus Bevill, 654 9th SE, died Monday at 3:45 a.m. at St. Joseph's Hospital. The former Anna Horn, daughter of M.J. and Ida (McCraw) Horn, Mrs. Bevill was born in Marion County, Alabama, 9 Dec 1888, and moved to Paris from Deport in 1928. Services will be held Wednesday at 11 a.m. at Leverett and Steele Funeral Home with interment in Evergreen Cemetery. She and Mr. Bevill were married at Pattonville, 17 May 1913, and he survives besides a daughter, Mrs. Elmer Jenkins, Paris, and five brothers and sisters; J.W. Horn, B.M. Horn, Mrs. W.W. Watson and Mrs. F.M. Reeves, all of Paris, and Mrs. C.L. Hope, Roswell, NM.' Married Rufus Bevill. |
