| Notes THE PARIS NEWS Sun., Aug. 9, 1992, p. 4A: 'William Lee Benningfield, 15, 538 Church St., died Thu., Aug. 6. Graveside services at 3 p.m. Sun, Aug. 9, with Fry & Gibbs Funeral Home in charge. Born in Sherman, a son of Tony Dane Benningfield Sr. & Elizabeth Nell Swint Benningfield, he was a member of the Community Bible Church of Paris. He was a sophomore student at Paris High School where he was a member of the band. Surviving are his mother of Paris; a brother, Tony Dane Benningfield Jr. of Paris; his grandparents, Victor & Ocie Lee Swint of Sherman; these aunts & uncles, Mary & Tom DeLyser of Denver, CO & James & Jo Benningfield of Paris; a great-aunt, Nell Conner of Paris. He was preceded in death by his father in 1989.' Buried near Sara Elizabeth Stephenson. |
