THE PARIS NEWS, Friday, September 27, 1968: “CHESTER (KC) BENNETT. Funeral arrangements are pending at Ferguson Funeral Home for Chester (Kansas City) Bennett, Negro resident of 1361-10th NE, who died Friday at 6:20 a.m. in L. P. McCuistion Community Hospital where he was a patient. He had been ill for ten days. Surviving is his wife, Mrs. Laura Mae Bennett, of the home.”
