| Notes Oct 31, 1985; William Roy Bell, 10738 Sandalwood, Dallas, died there Friday, October 25. Funeral services were held Monday, Oct. 28 at the Dudley M. Hughes Funeral Home with the Rev. David Huggins officiating. Graveside services and burial were scheduled for 2 p.m., Monday at Spring Hill Cemetery. Fry & Gibbs funeral Home had charge of arrangements. Mr. Bell was born Aug. 7, 1908 in Alabama, a son of William R. Bell and Louella Hunicut Bell. He married Lois Swindle of Pinhook on April 20, 1929. Surviving are his wife; five daughters, Betty Joe Nichols of Dallas, Joan Darnell of Dallas, Ralphann Werner of Ennis, Carolyn Lynn of Dallas and Vicki Lawson of Greenville; one son, Roy S. Bell of Ohio; five grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; one sister, Liza Alford of Odessa. On the same stone with wife, Lois Swindle Bell. |
