THE PARIS NEWS, Monday, 26 Nov 1951, p. 8: "Mrs. A. D. Bell - Mrs. A. D. Bell, 65, of 1424 W. Cherry St. died Sunday at 8:45 p. m. at the Sanitarium of Paris. She had been a patient there since Oct. 24. The funeral will be held Tuesday at 2 p. m. at the Pentecostal Church here, and burial will be made at Cunningham by J. M. Grant Funeral Home of Deport. The Rev. James L,. Kilgore will officiate assisted by C. P. Kilgore. The body will lie in the church here an hour before the service. The former Miss Tempie Viola Temple, daughter of J. H. and Sarah (Horton) Temple. Mrs. Bell was born in Titus County, Dec. 24. 1885. Besides her husband, she leaves these children; Mrs. Fred Cox and Mrs. Fred Allen, Cunningham; Joe Howard Bell, Oklahoma City, Okla.; the Rev. John M. Bell, San Antonio; Larry Bell, Hugo, Okla., and Harold Bell, Paris; 21 grandchildren, and these sisters and brothers: Mrs. D. E. Jeffus and Mrs. Curt Bell, Paris; John Temple, Fulbright; Ira Temple, Cunningham; Les Temple, Lubbock; Ed Temple, Semlnole, and Maxie Temple, Fort Worth."
