Notes

THE PARIS NEWS, Thursday, Dec. 28, 2017, page 3: “Virginia Agnes Bell, 92 of Forest Chapel, Texas, passed away quietly on Sunday, Dec. 25, 2017, in Dallas, Texas. She was born Nov. 15, 1925, in Schertz, Texas, to Amos Joseph and Lillie Elizabeth Schertz Biediger. She married William E. Bell Jr. in 1943. He died in 2001. A memorial service will be held on Saturday, Dec. 30, 2017, at 1:30 p.m. at Chicota Baptist Church. A private interment will take place at Forest Chapel Cemetery next to her beloved husband. Virginia was devoted to her family. She was always at the side of her husband, first as a military wife and then working the farm they had in West Texas for a few years. Virginia was always the caregiver, caring for aging parents and then her husband prior to their deaths. Her son and grandchildren will always remember her sweet and caring ways. She is survived by her son, Scott Bell-Fleitas and his husband, Valentin Bell-Fleitas; three grandchildren, Taylor Bell, Sean Bell and Duncan Bell; and the mother of her grandchildren, Jill Bell. Should you so desire, memorial donations in Virginia’s name may be made to T. Boone Pickens Hospice and Pallitive Care Center in Dallas, Texas.” Submitted by Mary J. Tallant.

On the same stone with William Earnest Bell.
