LAMAR COUNTY ECHO, February 2, 1983, p. 4: 'Mrs. Ollie M. Bell, Rt. 4, Paris, died Tuesday, Feb. 1, at St. Joseph's Hospital. Services will be held Thursday, Feb. 4, at 10:30 a.m. in the Cunningham Methodist Church with the Rev. John Hawkins officiating. Burial will be in Woodard Cemetery by Bright-Holland Funeral Home. Mrs. Bell was born June 13, 1889, in Milton, a daughter of J. T. and Permelia Ann Jeffus Webster. She was married to E. G. Bell in 1916 in Cunningham. He died in 1928. She was retired from Bill Musgrove Dry Goods Store. She was a Methodist. Surviving are one sister, Mrs. J. T. Anderson of Rt. 4, Paris; two nieces. She was preceded in death by a son, E. G. Bell Jr. in 1928. Bearers were Larry Bell, Bob Allen, Lota Haynes, J. A. Sparks, Don Norrell and Uvalda Landrum.'

Tombstone is inscribed, 'Wife of E. G. Bell, Sr.' Buried next to Ethel Bell.
