Graveside services at 11 a.m. Tue., Jul. 21, in Highland Cemetery at Deport by Grant Funeral Home. Born in Honey Grove, a daughter of R.B. & Amanda Elizabeth McGill Strickland, she married Corey N. Bell Dec. 15, 1912, in Deport. He died Jul. 26, 1976. Surviving are a daughter, Evelyn Hammett of Longview; a grandson, Hugh Nathan Hammett of Longview; 2 great-grandchildren, Elaine Hammett of Dallas & Kyle Hammett of Longview.'
