| Notes THE PARIS NEWS, 29 Mar 1990. 'Mary Bedford, 83, 1905 Culbertson, died Tuesday, 27 Mar 1990, at 7:15 p.m. in St. Joseph's Hospital. Fry and Gibbs Funeral Home will conduct graveside services at 11 a.m. Friday, 30 Mar, at Evergreen Cemetery with Miller McClure officiating. Mrs. Bedford was born 17 Dec 1906, in Paris, a daughter of W.A. Hutchison and Edna Denison Hutchison. She attended Paris schools and C.I.A. College in Denton. She was in retail clothing sales for many years before retiring. She first married Harper Miller in Paris in 1926. He died in 1943. She married Sam Lynn Bedford on 10 Dec 1947, in Paris. She was a Methodist. Surviving are her husband; two daughters, Mrs. Sam (Jane) McClure of Austin and Lou Ann Adair of Corpus Christi; seven grandchildren; 19 great grandchildren; one great great grandchild; two brothers, J.R. Hutchison and Philip Hutchison both of Paris, and a sister, Hazel Adams of Paris.' |
