| Notes THE PARIS NEWS, Thu., Aug. 11, 1994, p.14A. 'Patricia Ann Beard, 66, Rt. 2, Sumner, the Maxey community, died Wednesday, Aug. 10, 1994, in St. Joseph's Hospital & Health Center. Services will be held at 2 p.m. Friday, Aug. 12, in Fry & Gibbs Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Jerry Moore officiating. Burial will be in Mt. Vernon Cemetery at Maxey. The family will receive friends from 7-8 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home. Mrs. Beard was born June 21, 1928, in Wetumpka, AL, a daughter of Lowell Russell and Catherine Dell Moody. She attended schools in Boston, MA and Boston City Hospital School of Nursing. She had served in the Army Nurse Corps. She married Wayne Beard Oct. 4, 1952. She was a registered for many years before retiring from St. Joseph's Hospital in 1985. Surviving are her husband; three sons, Kenny Beard of Cedar Hill, Lowell Beard of Arlington and David Beard of Mesquite; two daughters, Lynda McDowell of Sumner and Kim Beard of Howe; and seven grandchildren. Pallbearers will be Harold Ford, Harmon Graham, Sidney Townsend, Dan Gose, Aud Brown and P.D. Blackshear.' |
