Services at 2 p.m. Thu., Sep. 10 at the First Assembly of God Church in Detroit with Rev. Claude Plunk & Rev. Joe Blackshear. Bright-Holland Funeral Home to make burial in Woodland Cemetery. He was the son of Raymond K. & Ocie Adams Baughn & married Doris Nelms on Oct 26, 1952, in Red River County. He was a member of the First Assembly of God Church in Detroit. He owned & operated Baughn Sand Blasting until his retirement in 1985. Surviving are his wife; 3 daughters, Sheila McHam of Blossom, Teresa Harmening of Addielou & Rhonda Hudson of Del Rio; 3 brothers, Nelson Jackson of Paris, Troy Baughn of Lancaster & Doyle Baughn of El Paso; 2 sisters, Adell Whitley & Katherine Hart, both of Detroit; & 10 grandchildren.' |
