| Notes THE PARIS NEWS-Apr.13,1982: Miss Cora Lee Basham, 360-3rd SW, died at her home at 5:25 a.m. Tuesday, April 13. Services are scheduled for 2 p.m. Thursday, April 15, at Fry & Gibbs Funeral Home Chape! with the Rev. Kenneth Short officiating and burial in Evergreen Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 7 to 8 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home. Miss Basham was born Dec. 11, 1918, in Powderly, a daughter of Harve and Annie King Basham. She was a Baptist. Surviving are three sisters, Mrs. Nancy Mattison of Paris; Mrs. Gennie Mae Hannabas of Cooper and Mrs. Virgie Ruthart of Paris; two brothers, Ollie Basham of Paris and Charley Basham of Paris. Buried next to Nancy Basham Mattison. |
