| Notes THE PARIS NEWS, Fri., Mar. 31, 1995, p.10A. 'Honey Grove - Jeff Davis Barnett, 84, of Honey Grove died Thursday, March 30, 1995, at Wilson N. Jones Hospital in Sherman. Services will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday, April 1, at Forest Hill Cemetery with the Rev. Terry Paul Cunningham officiating. Cooper-Sorrells Funeral Home has charge of arrangements. Mr. Barnett was born July 15, 1910, in Fannin County, a son of Earl and Vie Burkett Barnett. He married Floy Leona Stanton April 8, 1981. He was a Baptist. Surviving are a daughter, Benji Loftin of Paris; three sisters, Frances Maroney of Honey Grove, May Jones of Shawnee, MI and Vera Hudson of Clovis, NM; one brother, Sam Barnett of Livingston; four grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren.' |
